Tooling advancements allow our CNC department to perform operations such as Hard Turning and Milling, thereby reducing or eliminating costly grinding and polishing operations. We often maintain tolerances of +/-.0001 during hard turning operations.

AutoCAD2000 is used for design and TekSoft CAD/CAM is utilized for part
programming. From a single part with complex 3D surfaces to thousands
of detailed components, TCE provides an extremely cost-effective alternative
